Exhibitors at Equitana
Picture Report - Page 6

The exhibitors worked very hard for the four days that they were part of Equitana Asia Pacific, but for the thousands of people to visit, it was nearly impossible to see everything.  I certainly did not get around to all of the stands.

This float includes many patented features which considerably assist in floating of nervous horses or horses who tend to scramble. The JR float gives a much greater floor space which makes horses more comfortable.

The company is based in Queensland but have agents throughout Australia.  They were of great help in producing our information segment

A Guide to Safe Towing.

dequinedentists1.jpg (14734 bytes) The Equine Dental Association of Australia conducted many interesting demonstrations about correct care of a horse's mouth and teeth.

All horse owners should be aware of this information, as it is the difference between a horse going well, or being uncomfortable and therefore unhappy, with resulting head problems.

There are many myths and poor practitioners working with horses, and owners should look up their local accredited professional, to be sure of the right advise.

dmarkburnell1.jpg (13052 bytes) Mark Burnell assisted by Kevin Grogan, gave some great information for the Equine Dental Association of Australia.

They are very knowledgable and it only costs approximately $50.00 (depending on travelling time and number of horses) to have a horse's teeth attended to (that is not per tooth, as some are known to charge) so every owners should be sure to have it done once a year.
