In a situation where there is only horse in the class, the
serious competitor will 'compete against himself' and look to improve on
previous scores.
Sue West did a good job with an
overall percentage of 71% so she would have been pleased with her talented mare.
Sue said, "training Jamaica is not always easy, but she is improving as she
gains strength and balance in the collected work!"

Sue was delighted to win the beautiful Tuk Tuk windbreaker
top which she immediately put on in an effort to beat the biting wind and very
cold conditions which somewhat spoiled the day. Sue has had great success
with her two young horses, Aubaine Jamaica (6 YO) and Fairbanks Wizard (4YO).
Both horses have now qualified and she is excited about being part of Dressage
with the stars. Good luck Sue.
Barbara & Graham Burrows (Silverdene
Stud) work very hard to bring
the Dressage event to the AWHA Show - well done, we all appreciate
the opportunity to get young horses out before DWTS.
