The first group in the final ten was: Tjandamurra ridden by Rob Clay put in a very polished performance with lovely shoulder in and travers movements. The horse is up in front for most of the work. Mariette Withages commented that Tjandamurra was a very pleasant hunter type with 3 good paces and the judges awarded him with 730 points. Synergy with Charlotte (Scarlet) Nordgren aboard did not look well enough developed to be 'on equal ground' with this lot. Mariette Withages remarked that he was a sweet ladies horse which can improve more with more muscle development. The judges awarded him 690 Paparazzi with Michelle Buckley aboard showed some resistance into the bridle. Mariette Withages said that the judges liked the horse's paces in particular the canter, but today had some rideability problems. His score 710 EGO Gauss with owner rider Mark Kloonan worked similarly to the previous session and Mariette Withages noted that this was a nice horse that needed more time The score 650 In the second group: Simply the Best ridden yesterday by owner Anne Smith and today with Charlotte Stibbard aboard. Michael Klimke commented on the horse's very good movement and extended trot, he thought that the head and neck were at time a little too high. He said of this group that Simply the Best was just that and he received 780 from the judges. Sienna Tailor Made the Anglo Arab ridden by young rider Lisa Seamer. Michael Klimke expressed the judges concerns that the horse was hurrying too much in the extended trot and was downhill in the canter. He also suggested that the rider tries to develop a longer neck. 670 was the collective judges score. Glendin Brae Shine and Katrina Warne did well and Michael Klimke remarked that the horse while a very nice type was just a baby and not yet developed enough. 700 was the score. The third group began with Rituel ridden by Iveke
Van Gerven.
