Enjoy a night of music, horses and laughter at the Horseland Australian Dressage Championships, Sydney International Equestrian Centre
Freestyle to music competitions start from 12.30pm on Saturday, 31 October with the Capricorn/Soiltex Advanced Freestyle; from 4.45pm the Gow-Gates FEI Intermediate Freestyle will take place leading up to the main attraction - the very popular Bates FEI
Grand Prix Freestyle at around 8.30pm. In the freestyle, highly trained horses ‘dance’ to their rider’s individual choreography and music, which is truly spectacular to watch.
The Hamilton Island Grand Prix CDI-W (Friday) serves as the qualifying test for the Freestyle on Saturday evening and the best-placed horses after the Grand Prix go forward into the Freestyle. The winner of the Bates Grand Prix Freestyle is the winner of the CDIW.
Former winner of the Grand Prix Kűr Heath Ryan on the stallion Regardez Moi and he takes a bow!
And if Freestyle is not enough, the Double Dan Horsemanship Comedy Show will provide some fun around 7.00pm on Saturday night.
Children under 12 years; free entry Fri. & Sun, Sat. $15. Tickets are available at the entrance daily.
Tickets can be purchased on-line for Saturday until Monday, 26 October or purchase at the entrance on the day.
Parking, catering and bar facilities available on site and over 30 companies represented in the trade area providing great shopping in the lead-up to Christmas!
