EFA WA - News
11th February 2005
Hi all
Another quiet one
this week, apart from on the courses and seminars front, so I’ll just give a
plug for the pilates classes being held here at the SEC. I experienced
one for myself yesterday and I must say that I’m feeling it a bit today! It
was worth it though…… For everyone that lives in the area this is a great
opportunity to take advantage of the close location and it’s such good exercise
that can really help with your riding! Check out the details under “SEC
News”. Have a great weekend.
