THE IDEA

Equestrian Entertainment is proud to present to you for the very first time "Gala of the Royal Horses". It has been a mammoth task, after seven years of planning and negotiating with various countries and authorities to be able to secure thirty magnificent baroque stallions to tour the world. For many years now Rene Gasser has bred and trained theses magnificent stallions.  Rene's love of horses combined with his love of entertainment,  has produced an event only before seen in the royal courts of Europe or demonstrated in the halls of the Spanish riding school in Vienna.

The world famous Lippizaner stallions need no introduction.  Famous as the forefathers of classical dressage, these magnificent stallions will perform movements such as the Levade, Piaffe in the pillars, Courbette and the most difficult of all, the Capriole.  Colorful highlights of the lessons of the “Haute Ecole” and spectacular pictures culminating in the “Grand Quadrille”.

With a background in classical and renaissance horsemanship and involvement with the entertainment industry throughout the world, Rene Gasser has the ability and experience to make the dreams of Equestrian Entertainment a reality.  He has been working tirelessly, not only with the famous white Lippizaner Stallions but also with the black pearls of Europe, the Friesian Stallions; Spain’s treasured stallions, the Andalusian and the "drinkers of the wind", Arabian stallions.

Accompanying the Lipizzaners are the black pearls of Europe, the magnificent Friesian.  These majestic horses with their gleaming black bodies, long flowing mains and movements as gracious as their free spirit are a sight to behold.

The pride of Spain is the Andalusian.  This noble horse impresses, with its sculptural beauty and proud bearing. These qualities have made him the choice of European Royalty throughout the centuries.  Rene has captivated these essence into a performance combining strength, grace and upward agility demonstrated through movements under the long reins and accompanied by Flamenco dancers and guitarist.

Drinkers of the wind, the beautiful Arabian. The Arabian horse, being the most pure and influential in appearance has for centuries been selectively breed by desert tribes with inherent qualities of stamina, strength, courage and speed. We present the Arabian Stallions to you at their finest. They perform at liberty, demonstrating individual performances and combined award achievements.

Among an ever-broader team of equine artists, these stallions will be the stars of Rene Gassers first  equestrian production to travel the world, Gala of the Royal Horses. An event that should never be missed.  We can assure you, that weather you come to be entertained or to witness the finest classical horsemanship, the cross section of horse lovers who will witness the Gala of the Royal Horses will be treated to the very best.

THE CREATOR

Rene has studied training methods that are over 2500 years old.  The combination of history and art -  the training philosophy of masters such as “ Xenephon, Pluvinel and Gueriniere”.   From all of his influences Rene's personal philosophy remains the same
