Please
find attached the finalised prizemoney schedule for this years event. We have tried to
balance the need for good prizemoney with the necessity to put a little in our
"kitty" in readiness for the World Cup Qualifier to be held in Warwick in July.
Preparations are already under way for next year with this event playing its part in
getting ready for the big one in 2003.
The course is pretty much ready with only the touch ups to do. The irrigation (1,000,000
litres/day) is working flat out but there is nothing like rain - something we haven't seen
much of lately.
A few notes on the social side of things...
Friday night - Eagle Boys Pizzas and Calcutta Saturday night - 6pm Jackpot Barrel Race open to all for just $10.
Junior and senior class - winner takes all. 6 - 7 Happy Hour. 7PM
Roast Meal with dessert ($12 prebooked with nominations or $15 on the night). From 7.30 we
have an excellent band "Left Turn" and
there is of course, full bar facilities.
