Entries should be sent to Harry Liaubon at P.O. Box 904 Warwick Qld 4370. They should be on The Warwick Horse Trials nomination form and be received by Friday 28th of June 2003.

Friday night Pizzas, drinks and welcome

Saturday Dressage (All Classes)

Showjumping (Classes 7,8)

Saturday night Dinner, Barrel Race, Calcutta and entertainment

Sunday Cross Country (All Classes)

Showjumping (Classes 1,2,3,4,5 and 6)

· If entries exceed 300 the cross country for classes 7and 8 will be on the Saturday and may require some showjumping for these classes on Sunday.

· If entries in the CICW exceed 50 there may need to be dressage for this class scheduled on Friday and the numbers for the Preliminary Classes may be limited.

· The draft timetable will be provided on release of the draw with confirmation of final timetable 36 hours prior to event. As some riders have not been picking up their rider pack (therefore not aware of final changes to the draw) rider numbers WILL NOT BE INCLUDED on the draft timetable. The name and time of rider will be on the draw with full details of rider, number and time in the rider pack available on registration. Updates to the draw that has been included in the rider pack will be on display in the secretaries office. Riders should confirm the draw in their pack with the "master" draw in the secretaries office.

General Conditions and Regulations

· Conducted under FEI (CIC and CICW) and EFA (ODE) rules with the organisers reserving the right to cancel the event or any class, divide or combine classes, refuse entries or alter the advertised program. It is the responsibility of each competitor to know these rules. Some extracts are noted in this schedule but the full rules are available via www.efanational.com.

· We look forward to having you in Warwick. As for most competitions there are a few basic local rules to be observed…

· Late entries will incur a $10 fee and the club reserves the right not to accept them.

· All phases in all classes to be held at Morgan Park, Warwick.

· Entries ONLY on attached form.

· Under EFA rules riders in the Ungraded classes must be at least EFA associate members.

· Refunds by veterinary and/or medical certificate only.

· Stables $20 or Yards $10 per horse. These will be allocated on a "first in, best dressed" basis. There will be a clear allocation of yards and stables and adherance to stable/yard allocation is expected. There is to be no changing of stalls WITHOUT authorisation from the stable steward.

· All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep the policy up to date.

· NO ELECTRIC FENCES and no dogs.

· With each horse nominated there will be a gate passes issued for the rider, groom, owner and/or parents. Please be aware that there will be a ground entry fee of $10 per adult or $5 per child and if the passes are not displayed then an entry fee will be charged.

· Campsites available at $25 per site. Camping disks will be issued with each camp site paid for. Disks must be clearly displayed on your camp for the steward to observe. People not displaying a camping disk will be asked to pay the set fee plus a 50% penalty. Failure to comply will result in permission to camp being withdrawn and possible disqualification.
