Five Star Agistment has two separate facilities at it's Cranbourne South location and hope that this web site will help you to understand how to best use the facilities for your individual or group requirements.

In 2006 Five Star Agistment completed a purpose built facility to give provide an  'Indoor Clinic Venue' that can be used for private equestrian activities. 

Excellent location in the heart of Victoria's most popular equestrian areas ... with easy access.

  This is an 'exclusive use' facility for clinics, workshops and training days or for people to have private practice sessions individually or with friends. 

   These facilities must  be booked in advance.

  All equipment (jumps, dressage arena, sound system etc) is available at no extra cost.

  The viewing area has power, water, sink & kettle.  You can bring your own tea, coffee & cooler to keep milk & perishables from spoiling.

  For safety and cleanliness reasons ... we ask you to leave your dog at home or keep him/her secured to your vehicle AT ALL TIMES (no exceptions) & pick up any droppings & place in yard karts along with the horse manure.

Note -  If you are using  the ' Indoor Clinic Venue'  you are NOT permitted to take your horse onto the 'Everyday facilities' as this area is reserved for agisters and casual riders.  The 'Everyday Facility' and the 'Indoor Clinic Venue' are completely separate with their own car parking areas, yards and horse washes. 

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR INDOOR CLINIC VENUE USERS

  HORSE ENTRY IS FROM HOMEWOOD RD, 1^st gate on the right hand side.
Please park horse floats and trucks close together and saddle up in yards to maximise parking space and avoid the risk of horses pulling back from floats and running loose.

  CARS WITHOUT FLOATS should enter from the Westernport Highway entrance
(No. 1390, 1^st driveway on left hand side after Homewood Road.  If coming from Melbourne direction).  This is a safe car park with no risk to people or cars coming into contact with horses.  There is a safe walkway to the arena and viewing area etc.  Using this car park helps to reduce congestion in the horse parking area. 

RATES

All riders, instructors, organisers must complete a waiver form unless we already have one from a previous visit. Forms are kept at the back door of the house on a trolley along with incident report book.
