World Breeding Championships for Young Horses

The World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses and International Dressage & show jumping festival is underway in Verden.

Verden is one of the horse capitals of Germany and it is no wonder with show organisers expecting a crowd of around 40,000 over the next 5 days.

The World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses is designed to showcase the best international horses through a variety of levels and ages. Starting with the riding horse classes from three year olds upwards, the Nürnberger Burgpokal Finals for up and coming horses, the Piaff-Föderpreis for young Grand Prix riders, Grand Prix Dressage and Grand Prix Special.

I have put together a basic timetable of the dressage events for you. Keeping in mind this is German time so you will have to work out the time differences…
