Marine Park Kadet
has received a special place on my pages as to me, he is a special horse. I bred
'Roly' and as he was such a character - he will always be dear.
He is a thoroughbred by Space Cadet (a stallion that Bill and I part own) who
stands at Glenormiston College, and out of a lovely Salmon Leap mare - High Coral.
Roly was second in the younger class at this event in 1999. His rider Michael Baker
now hopes to take Roly to the top in dressage, believing the horse to have 'what it takes'

Skansen Moet (imp) by Maurice and out of a Wenzel 1 mare. Effectively ridden
by well known and successful SA FEI rider Lesley-Anne Taylor - they finished 6th in the 5
yo class. |
Sunbury Lodge Pixie had a busy weekend, participating in the 3 & 4 yo class and
being part of the inaugural Auction of the Stars. She
showed her great temperament by coping with the demands. |

Lortzing - Well done Judy ! |
Judy Smiths gorgeous imported gelding Ramazzotti worked and behaved like a true
gentleman, and justified UK based, Claire Ballantyne's opinion of his scope. They
finished in 5th position in the

 War Wizard a lovely grey
gelding by Daly K and from a mare by Balmoral Boy.
Owned byt Heather Johns and ridden by popular Victorian professional Rob Clay they
finished 12th in the 5 yo class. |
Sophia Murphy rode the striking grey
Zintara's Talent by Barrabadeen Talent out of a mare by Grey Carbon. Sophia
was my daughters best friend at school, so I had my fingers crossed for her. They
did a great job in the 5 yo class. |
Mayfield Pzazz
a young stallion imported by Mary Hanna. He is by Tineke Bartel's young Dutch
stallion, Jazz, out of a mare by Amulet. His Victorian owner/rider Kerry Mack
did a great job with this horse, to take the lead in the 3 & 4 year old class, after
the first round. |
Tallyho Jupiter a purebred Trakehner stallion by the imported Korrit - out of a
mare by Kaliber. - 6 yo. He was so very well ridden by Shane Ackerley for an overall 4th.

Timbertop by Northern Hermes and bred in Victoria by Northern Warmblood Stud, was
very well ridden by owner Kate Luxmoore. On another occasion, a horse of this
quality would have finished much higher up, but there so many good horses that they
finished creditably on 12 in the 6 yo class. |
